About Us

“Precision Components history reflects family, customer service and keeping up with the latest technology in custom form tool manufacturing. Applying the latest technology in custom form tool manufacturing has been the secret to the success of Precision Components for more than six decades.”

Our History

When Stan Koziski started Precision Sharpening back in 1959, he might not have envisioned the high-tech operation that Precision Components is today.

After 34 years of Stan Koziski leading the business, Steve Koziski and his sister Donna Doucette became partners purchasing the company in 1993, Precision moved into its second generation. A 1996 name change to Precision Components more accurately reflected the company’s future direction manufacturing form inserts and tool holders. In 2005 Shawn Doucette joined the management team as Operations Manager and began steering the company one more time adding Precision Machine components, specializing in Rotary Transfer Machines and End of Arm Robot Components and Precision Weldments.

The transition to a third generation may be complete, but the growth continues. Now President & CEO Shawn oversees a staff of high skilled professionals in two locations and in 2025 after decades of earning industry accolades Precision Components joined hands with a world renown machine builder, Hydromat Inc. becoming the Canadian distributor for their Rotary Transfer Machines. With the addition of Hydromat machines sales, service and parts, Precision Components offers Canadian manufacturing companies unparalleled production support.
